• 1. Soak Seeds Briefly

• 2. Prep Seed Tray with 2 inches of seed starting medium. Our Fine Sifted Compost is perfect for starting all of your favorite seeds!

• 3. Sow the seeds densely and mist with water

• 4. Germinate in indirect sunlight and keep seeds moist

• 5. Grow On
  Once the seeds have sprouted, move the tray into bright light or provide at least 10 to 12 hours of light per day. Keep the growing medium evenly moist. Bottom watering is preferred once seedlings are established.

• 6. Harvest
  Arugula microgreens are usually ready in 7 to 14 days. Harvest when they are 1 to 2 inches tall and still tender, ideally before they become too mature.
