While Planting:

    •    Seed Starting: Mix 10-20% worm castings with potting soil for nutrient-rich seed-starting mix.

    •    Transplanting: Add a handful of worm castings to the hole when transplanting seedlings to help with root establishment.

    •    Direct Sowing: Sprinkle a thin layer of worm castings over newly planted seeds to improve germination.

As a Soil Amendment:

    •    Top Dressing: Apply ½ to 1 inch of worm castings around plants and gently work into the soil. 

    •    Compost Boost: Mix worm castings into compost piles to enhance microbial activity.
